rush for new members during the
week of Feb. 12-19.

A beer bust for new and present
members of SDX will be held on
Feb. 19 at 7:30-10:30 p.m. at 1669

Food rationing
to be topic
of USC debate
The USC Department of Theatre
and Speech will conduct another of
its British Union Debates today at 7
p.m. in the Campus Room of the
Capstone House.
The topic of the debate will be
"Resolved that the U.S. govern
ment should immediately begin
programs of food rationing for
American citizens and food
distribution for needy citizens 9f
the world's underdeveloped
nations."
The issue will be argued by
members of the USC Debate Team
and then the floor will be open for
audience comments.
The British Union Debates are
being held this year for the first
time at USC and are based on the
traditional House of Commons
debates in Great Britain.
