men as well as women were forced

Housing, another area en
compassed by ths proposals, can
be designated for only one sex,
'when compared to that provided
to students of the other sex, shall
be as a whole: (1) proportionate in
quantity to the number of students
of that sex applying for such
housing, and (2) comparable in
quality and cost to the student,"
the proposal states.
This could mean improvements
for men's dormitories as well as
for women's. University counsel
Mike Grier sadi, "In my opinion, I
think we're safer in that aspect.
That means that if 50 maids work
in the men's dorms, then 50 maids
must work in the women's dorm
