News Briefs Chess club Reorganizes The USC Chess Club is in the process of reactivation and will iold its first organizational meeting at 7 p.m. Sept. 16 in the rowers' M&N IAunge. The club's purpose is to promote lhess to the USC student body, hold tournaments and promote a USC dhess team, according to acting president Bruce McCalley. Although the club is only in the process of reactivation, McCalley aid he hopes to have the rganization recognized by the University as an official "club" and eligible for student funding. Student Ticket Prices Reduced Carolina Coliseum is offering a pecial dollar discount to USC tudents for the Uria Heep, Wet Villie and Suzi Quatro concert at :30 p.m. 'September 11.
