Local officials have been very
:ooperative and friendly, Clarkson
;aid.
"The people in this county who
ire in charge of registration put
:ertain restrictions on us as to who
:an register and the necessary
'hecking. We can't sit there and
register anybody who bops up to
the desk. We have to be really
:areful about it." said Carlson.
Absentee ballot applications will
be available, but according to
C'larkson it will do no good to give
them out. He said if you live in
Richland County you can't have an
absentee ballot and they are only
able to register Richland County
residents.
