Although SFBE is not formally
organized, it is working on a re
cycling program for USC. The
University administration has
approved an SFBE plan to recycle
paper from administrative and
student occupied buildings. The
plan will be operative in March,
McCalley said.
SFBE will hold its first
organizational meet ing on
