Cargill The current condition of uproar in protest against the use of tobacco at USC (and indeed, in the entire state) is a situation which, I sadly confess, both dismays and annoys me no little amount. Even before the preposterous idea of legal restriction was given consideration by student and state government do gooders, I was already frequently subjected to harrassment by several cranks and crankpots, who rudely claimed in loud, hysterical voices that I had no right to enjoy the pleasure of my cigar, even in the privacy of my own office.
