The new committee would give the administration a larger share of the decision making power in that three representatives from administrative departments would take voting seats on the com mittee. These administrative seats would be appointed by USC President Thomas F. Jones and will come one each from the athletic department and the divisions of student and business affairs. The recommendation brought sharp question from Charles B. Weasmer of the government and international studies department. He said he was under the im pression that the advisory com mittee had been charged with studying the jurisdiction of the faculty athletic committee and "not its membership." Elmer G.
