tional Foundation raised over
$648,600 to further USC academic
pursuits. Monies, unrestricted by
the donor, amounting to approxi
mately $164,000 of the total, will
be used primarily for group life in
surance and salary continuation in
surance for faculty and staff, grad
uate fellowships and undergrad
uate scholarships, Patterson said.
