For students planning week
end, weekly or long vacation camp

ment at a minimurn cost.

available for 25 cents a night and
cooking- utensils are also offered
at different prices.
Besides renting equipment, Ms.
Green said that she can provide
information "on almost any coun
try in the world" a student may
be traveling to. "I keep two file
cabinets full in here," she said.
"One concerns travel-study oppor
tunities for students and the other
is mostly general information."
Assisted by several travel guides
and books designed especially for
hitchhikers, Ms. Green said she

is Thomas R. O.Neal, who has won "
national recognition and Interna
tional competition with high
school bands in Mississippi. iHe suc
ceeds Ralph Wahl who resigned.
O.Neal, for three years coor
dinator of instrumental music and
high school band director in the
Hattiesburg, Miss., schools, holds
his bachelor's and master's degrees
in music education from the Uni
versity of Southern Mississippi.
During his ten years as a high
school band director, he received
eight straight superior ratings at the
Mississippi State Band contests.
He served for three years as the
marching band director for the
All-State Band, sponcored by the
Mississippi Lions Club. In 197l,
his band won the Lions Interna
tional Competition in Atlantic Ci
ty, New Jersey, topping the field
of 92. O.Neal has adjudicated
band contests in Louisiana, Missi
ssippi, Alabama, and Florida. He
