Situated between the Russell House and University Terrace, the four-story facility is one of the most well-equipped buildings on campus and according to Dr. Isoa Hirata, director, is responsi ble for the triple increase in full time medical staff members. "Those old facilities scared doctors off when they came to see the campus," Dr. Hirata said. "Now we have already signed up kr have coming eight full-time people.
