Committee to consider agenda On February 6, the Univer sity Union Lectures Committee will meet to determine its agenda. At this time contracts for prospective lecturers will be finalized. Merian Smith, lectures com mittee chairman, said that there are at least 20 lecturers to be considered at the meeting Tues day. Smith was recently ap pointed lectures committee chairman after former chair man Harold Poe graduated December, 1972. "The committee has been allotted a budget of $12,055. So far, only three lecturers have been scheduled to appear. After Tuesday, the other speakers for the series will also be scheduled," Smith said. On Feb. 20th, the commit tee has scheduled Bob Newman of the Barnwell Atomic Energy Plant to speak on industrial waste disposal. James Kavanaugh, ex-priest, poet and author of "A Modern Priest Looks at His Outdated Church," is scheduled to appear March 13. On April 23, syndicated col umist William F.
