Saturday night at the Campus
Club on Main and College
Streets there was a bit of distur
bance outside. Why? For one
thing, somebody was grabbed,
frisked and thrown into a patrol
car by uniformed police, in
shorter words - busted. Yeh,
you know, and I know, that this
happens every day.
One of these uniformed
policemen permitted himself to
stand guard (he might have just
been hanging out) outside the
Club. Many wondered why he
had to be there, many did not
want to guess, and most didn't
particularly enjoy his presence.
But we all know how it is.
His given reason for being
there was to keep out of the Bur
ger King parking lot, non
Burger King customers, or as
I will state it, Campus Club

fine job in ordering his purpose
around.
