Attorney Howard Moore has warned
that the United States is moving away
from efforts to deliver its con
stitutionally promised freedoms to
totalitarianism with the Nixon ad
ministration leading the way.
"The hour is becoming extremely
late in this country for individual
freedom if you are black, Chicano,
Mexican or any other minority. The
