Student Government's Athletic
committee chairman Irv Woods
said, "The rotating plan of giving
out block seats helps assure more
fair treatment. It works on the plans
that ... say, the fraternities get the
best seats for one game, they'll get
the worst block for the next one."
The rules were agreed upon at a
meeting with the University Athle
tic Department Monday. Student
representatives present were Dave
Spinazzolo, student body president;
Bill Hubbard, IFC president; Sam
Barber, University Spirit Commit
tee and Irv Woods.
