RAP WITH PEACE PILGRIM
"A Conversation with the Peace
Pilgrim" will be presented Feb. 24
from 4-5 p.m. on WUSC FM 89.9.
The program is a presentation of
the WUSC FM news department,
produced by Pete Poore.
HUMANITIESGRANT
A grant for the support of
humanities projects initiated and
conducted by young people has
been established by the National
Endowment for the Humanities.
The new program, called
"Youth Grants in the
Humanities," will consider ap
plications from both students and
young persons out of school.
March 17 is the first deadline for
projects scheduled to begin during
the summer of fall of 1972.
Proposals will be evaluated
comparatively by a panel of young
people prior to submission to the
National Council on the
Humanities which makes final
recommendations on all ap
plications for Endowment grants.

seminar, according to Dr. James
F. Kane, dean of the USC College
of Business Administration, is to
aid South Carolinians in making
the best possible choice with
regard to the alternative methods
of solving the automobile in
surance dilemma.
