Grimsley, who has been at Capstone for two and a half years, is about 50, with short, graying hair. He sits in the lobby of the dormitory every night except Sunday and greets the girls as they come in. His tace breaks into a toothy grin as they pass him and he always has some cheery comment for them. 'I keep the girls in line," he said with a smile. His shift is from midnight until 8 a.m. Grimsley, who has two daughters, said he tries to get to know as many of the girls as he can. "It's hard to get to know the girls by name, but I know their faces," he said proudly. In the two and a half years he has been at Capstone, Grim sley said he hasn't seen any change in the girls. "There's never been any trouble at this dormitory," he said. Grimsley smiled and greeted another girl as she came in the door. "I wouldn't swap it for any other job in the world." ORES FRIDAY 'TIL 9 pm Program to be held in Italy "For the first time, USC is sponsoring a program in Italian language and culture in Turin, Italy," Ralph Forestieri of the Foreign Languages Department, said. Any college student or college graduate will be accepted as soon as he has been approved by the Italian section of the USC Foreign Language Department. The trip costs $725 which in cludes workshop expenses, a room for six weeks and a student railroad -s that is valid for two months. Students will depart from New York on June 8 and courses run from June 12 to July 21. Other colleges in South Carolina will be able to participate. The workshop will also provide opportunities for travel in Europe. Forestieri said, "Turin is located in northwestern Italy, near the borders of France and Italy. It is also close to Germany and Austria."
