Open seats are: Sims, McClintock, Wade Hamp ton-one seat; Capstone North-two seats; Bates House-one seat; Men's Towers-four seats; Roost one seat. Open off-campus seats are freshman-six seats; Commons Room stars Kinnamon The Commons Room will feature George Kinnamon of Summerville, S.C.. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28. Kinnamon will speak on the Creativity of the Inner Person, according to James Jordan, vice chairman of the commons room committee. Free coffee and doughnuts will be served. Starting on Monday, Sept. 27, free coffee will be served in the Commons Room week day mor nings between 9 and 10 a.m. Jordan said. Future plans include guest speakers from the College of Arts and Sciences covering topics from Athropology to Zoology. Jordan said that the Commons Room Committee is looking for new members and new ideas. The Brothers seek to close the cultural gap by pairing a foreign student with an American student. A foreign student having difficulty adjusting to social customs can discuss his problem with an American brother. The American, as well as of fering advice, will have an op portunity to learn about customs in other countries. The retreat will serve to in troduce OSC students to the type of activity that the International Brothers have planned for the year. Buses will leave Russell House at 11 a.m. and arrive at Lake Murray where free food and entertainment, including a Chinese mid-autumn lantern festival, will he provided.
