Footballers put finishing touches on
spring drills before annual Garnet and
Gamecock
for All-Sta
Wednesday night at 8 P.M., the Gamecock
All-Stars will face the SIAC All-Stars in a
basketball game at the Lower Richland High
School gym.
The Gamecock All-Stars, who have been
touring the state have a 20-0 record. The team
consists ot tormer Gamecocks John Roche,
Tom Owens, John Ribock and Dennis Powell.
Also on the team are 1969-70 captain Bobby
Cremins, Billy Walsh, and Skip Harlicka.
The Gamecock All-Stars will meet a tough
opponent in the SIAC All-Stars, who are led by
the nation's leading small college scorer of last
year, Jackie Dinkins. Dinkins scored an
