NAACP helping voters The NAACP Youth Registration Project is conducting a Voters Registration Drive. The Drive was officially launched February 14, 1971, and will continue until March 19, 1971. All persons 18 years old and over who have not registered and are residents of Richland County are urged to Iegister at the County Courthouse. The committee will also consider 'the institution of a coed housing experiment with males and females occupying the same building." Five students will be appointed to serve on the committee by the President of the Student Body 1971 1972. At least two females "representing the current living pattern on this campus" will be on the committee, the bill states. Provisions are made in the bill for faculty and administration representatives on the committee from the office of the Vice President of Business Affairs and the office of the Vice President of Student Affairs. The bill further states that "the President of the University of South Carolina shall appoint at least two faculty members to serve on the com mittee." Sen.
