This year the Garnet and Black
staff is trying to question every
aspect of Carolina life, according
to Adair Watson, editor-in-chief .
"We are trying to cover the town
students, the married students,
and the dorms better."
Another change will he the
switch to a magazine format. "It
takes more copy and a lot more
work for the magazine approach,"
said Miss Watson.
The staff has five deadlines.
They have already met the first of
160 pages. which included mostly
classes, openings, groups pictures,
and the administration.
They are now meeting the
s(cond deadline of 178 pages. When
