Talks between the University
and the governing body of the State
Fair are "Just underway," ac
cording to Harold Brunton, vice.
president for business atfairs.
The talks concern additional
parking space at the USC stadium
which the University seeks,
although USC spokesmen "have
never been specific," according to
*Brunton.
The posaiblity of whether to build
a new stadium is tied with that of
acquiring the parking space. The
new stadium is "under con
sideration," Brunton said.
