ernors this week to clear up the has

student affairs was asked to give
the students who head the Union

gram and the budget.
The letter asked that the Union on
be strictly a programming or
ganization and that the present
director and assistant director of
the Student Union be titled Rus

rectors, separate from the con
trol of the 'nion.
It asked for a separation of
Union funds and budgeting from
those of Russell House or Student
Services andI also for an ativiser
for the Union, appointed by vice
president for student affairs.
The Ioard of Governors is a

set up in its con.stitution.
