The letter asked that the Union w )e strictly a programming or ,anization and that the present lirector and assistant director of .he Student Union be titled Rus ll House or student services di -ectors, separate from the con rol of the Union. It asked for a separation of L'nion funds and budgeting from hose of Russell House or Student erv ices and also for an a'viser ' the Union, appointed by vice >resident for student affairs. The Board of Goernors is a molicyiaking body for the Union, ;et up in its constitution. Charles Wi ten, vice president or stu<ent affairs, received the etter Friday.
