Taking the negative side of the

The debate will be held at 7
p.im. in the Euphradian Halls on
the 3rd floor of Harper College.

Officials contacted at Southern
Bell Telephone Co. said although
there is no State Law regarding
the disconnecting of phones in
pub!ic housing units it is seri
ously discouraged as this causes
overload on company equipment
and ties up communication lines.
Emergency calls are directed to
the house mothers who decide
whether they will he relayed or
not.
