Dr. Paul C. Berg, professor of ed ucation, authored an article which appears in the Austrian Journal on the Education of Backward Chil dren. Lord, is author of "Banls and Drummer Boys of the Civil War," a book just published by A. S. Barnes, New York. This is Dr. Lord's third published volume in American history.
