University Educational Founda
tion succeeding Jeff B. Bates who
(lied recently.
A founder of the Educational
Foundation, Knowlton had been its
vice president until his election to
the presidency by the foundation's
Board of Directors.

dent to succeed Knowlton, and Wil
liam N. Bowen of Columbia was re
elected secretary-treasurer.

Alumni Assn. Council held meet
ings at the University last week
end.

Paul A. Sansbury, Darlington; and
J. Stanvarne Stevens, Charleston.
