Bureau Answers Questions Students desiring information about campus organizations will find the newly established Stu dent Union Information Bureau most beneficial, according to Earle Blackmon, Student Union president. Beginning at 12 noon, and con tinuing until 6 p.m. Friday, cam pus clubs, honoraries and interest groups will have an opportunity to represent themselves first hand to the student body. Students will be able to ask questions as to the nature and membership requirements of each organization. Earle said tables will be set up in the Russell House Auditorium for any organization wishing to present itself. According to the Union presi dent, the purpose of the inforna tion bureau is to acquaint stu dents, particularly new students, with the extra-curricular activi ties available here at Carolina. At The Gamecock press time, 15 groups had agreed to take part in the information bureau. They are Student Government, Associated WN o m e n Students, Triumvirate Men's Dorm Govern ment, Men's Towers Dorm Govern ment, Panhellenic Council, Inter Fraternity Council, and the Stu (ent Union. Also, The Crucible, The Game cock, The Garnet and Black, WUSC Radio Station, Alpha Phi Omenra, Blue Key, Kappa Sigma Kappa, and Omicron Delta Kappa. Station manager Steve War kaske cites the reason for the de lay as lack of funds for the op eration of equipment during the summer months.
