Questions
Students desiring information
about campus organizations will
find the newly established Stu
dent Union Information Bureau
most beneficial, according to
Earle Blackmon, Student Union
president.
Beginning at 12 noon, and con
tinuing until 6 p.m. Friday, cam
pus clubs, honoraries and interest
groups will have an opportunity
to represent themselves first hand
to the student body.
Students will be able to ask
questions as to the nature and
membership requirements of each
organization.
Earle said tables will be set up
in the Russell House Auditorium
for any organization wishing to
present itself.
According to the Union presi
dent, the purpose of the inforna
tion bureau is to acquaint stu
dents, particularly new students,
with the extra-curricular activi
ties available here at Carolina.
At The Gamecock press time, 15
groups had agreed to take part in
the information bureau.
They are Student Government,
Associated WN o m e n Students,
Triumvirate Men's Dorm Govern
ment, Men's Towers Dorm Govern
ment, Panhellenic Council, Inter
Fraternity Council, and the Stu
(ent Union.
Also, The Crucible, The Game
cock, The Garnet and Black,
WUSC Radio Station, Alpha Phi
Omenra, Blue Key, Kappa Sigma
