Sidney Palmer, executive-pro ducer of WIS-TV, has composed an original music score for this production of "Macbeth." Along with the musical scores, a new type t of scenery has been built. Sliding d panels and platforms produce an almost magic fluid motion in scene changes, especially in the weird at a mosphere of the witches' scenes. Clarence Felder and Dorothy Broodo head an outstanding cast as the Thane of Glamis and his wife. The team members submitted a 1umber of ideas in competition to *esign a new emblem for the out it. The design submitted by ophomore Cadet Jack W. Bolt see picture) was selected from mong six finalists by detachment fficers and Cadet Major John T. 4oe, Drill Team Commander. The emblem is bordered in red. n the center, above crossed black 'ifles. struts a red Gamecock with lack wings and tail and white miarkings. His right talon clasps red guidon, and his left a shield. The shield is outlined in black, vith a diagonal white band cross ng a red background. The letters 'AFROTC" are inscribed along he white hand in black letters. The words "UNIV. OF SOUTH 'A ROLI NA" are bannered across he top of the emblem and a maller banner near the bottom ontains the inscription "DRILL 'EAM." It is completely devoid of atin.
