The Casablanca group, Dr. Zartman shows in his paper, might be the basis for the creation of a powerful radical African bloc from Algiers to Accra and from Casablanca to Conakry. The subject of the paper origi nally appeared in "The U. S. and World Affairs," a column written by the international studies fac ulty and which appears in the Columbia Record here.
