Student Council Minutes May 1, 1961 The regular meeting of Student Council was called to order by President John Chappell. 'I e minutes were read and corrected to read: "Ernest Willis asked if tu dent Counoil was to appoint the new Freshman Orientation Counselors (rather than Committee), and over two ablsences per seiiester expell a member COMMITTEE REPORTS: Student Disvount Committee: Jiminy Mann, chairman, reported that he had been unable to complete his report. but that he will attempt to complete (he report be tole next year.
