Dr. Flinsch Gives Speech In Colorado Dr. Harold von Neufville Flinsch, chairman of the division of civil engineering of the Univer sity, was a principal speaker at the American Association of Land Grant Colleges and State Univer sities Tuesday at the national meeting in Denver, Colo. "The Doctor's Degree in Engi neering at the American Land Grant Colleges and Universities" was Doctor Flinsch's subject. Paragraph two, page eight of Carolina Community, 1957-1958, the official handbook of the Uni versity, has been rewritten to read: "Credit for summer school, cor respondence and extension work completed at other institutions by a regular University student will Honor Council Finds Male Guilty A male student was found guilty by Honor Council of violating the honor principle during a quiz in a geography class, Don Harrison, chairman of the council, has said. The student was given an 'F' on the course and a letter indi cating the offense was put on his record, Harrison said.
