Russell giving the principal address. The formal opening will be in the nature of a triple exercise, Dr. J. Howard Stokes, chairman of n the Florence County Higher Edu cation Commission, has said. t The exercises will begin at 5:30 a p.m. with the official convocation a at which President Russell will b speak and will terminate with a f banquet at the Florence Country Club. The University Extension Cen ter, a freshman class of the Uni versity, was opened at Florence in September. Next year a sopho more class will be added to the program, Mr. F. C.
