This fund is used for emer
gency purposes when students
are actually in need. It is used
to help students remain in col
lege. Students apply to the pres
ident of AKG and he must repay
the loan two years after grad
uation.
Panhellenic Chooses
Panhellenic Council gives a
full expense fellowship for one
year which is raised in various
fashions from year to year by
the different chapters. This is
sometimes given to new students
and sometimes given to provide
an extra year for old students.
Students are chosen by repre
sentatives of the Panhellenic
Council in consultation with the
graduate office. Students chosen
have had very severe screening
and have uniformly made good,
