CONSTITUTION OF THE UNIVERSITY
OF SOUTH CAROLINA STUDENT
BODY AS AMENDED
We. the students of the University of
South Carolina, do hereby ordain and
establish this constitution of the student
body of the University of South Carolina.
Article I
Section 1. Meinbership of the student h
body within the scope of this constitution co

Officers
Section 1. The officers of the student t

In order to expedite campus no
tices through the post office to
the proper mail boxes, University
Postmaster requests that students
comply with the following posted
rules.
Each organization must register
with the post office the name of
persons responsible for posting
notices.
All notices must be written on
cards or letters and no slips of
paper are acceptable for distribu
tion.
Notices designated for student
boxes must have box numbers on
them and be in nmerical or al
phabetical order.
All notices of meetings must
be turned in to the Post Office at
least one day prior to the sched
uled time of the meeting.
Notices put into campus mail
must be secured with a string or
rubber band.
All mail which does not meet
with these specifications will be

if a $100 scholarship given by the
South Carolina High School Stu
lent Library Association.
Mrs. Householder is a senior in
econdary education with library
,cZience as her teaching subject.
The association offers the
scholarship to juniors and seniors
majoring in library science.
