to see an honor system here that
would work. The present system
needs to be changed. If students
see someone cheating and refuse
to turn them in, they are showing
dishonesty on their own part, be
cause they should know it's
wrong.

should be allotted to the students
because after all they are a bij

discouraging to come from clas:

"(1) It's ob
vious to the stu

the honor board
that the present
honor system is
not working as
effectively as it
should on cam
pus, and It is of
great concern to
both. The honor
board has indicated its active con
cern by its recent poll of the stu
dent body. I believe that if a
change can be made for the better
they will come up with a plan, and
if not, they will suggest that it be
abandoned. No system will work
without the support of the entire
student body.
"(2) Yes, I do, provided that the
candidates are aware that the elec
tion returns will be published prior
to their entrance into the race.
"(3) It's obvious that parking
facilities are inadequate and the
construction of a new building on
the lot behind the field house
surely won't improve it. This is a
perennial problem that I see no
sure fire solution for at present.
"(4) Yes, the traffic light, al
though it has slowed traffic down,
hasn't alleviated t Ii e problem,
especially around nine and twelve
o'clock. I think another student
body committee should be ap
pointed to discuss the problem with
city council.
"(5) Stunts of the caliber of
some in the last fraternity stunt

muittee from the Interfraternity

Council which would include a fac
presented to and accepted by the
student activities committee. I hope
that it will be in effect in a more
detailed form next, year.

no reason why the actual resu

this matter should be the conv

"(3) I do not think they are ac

administration's access to any v

situation. I would not hesitate
confront the administration wi
any feasible solution which mig
be offered.
"(4) 1 do think Green Str(
should be closed to traffic, for t
simple reason the traffic on Gre

means of going to and fr(
classes.
"(5) 1 do not think stunts I
stunt night should have to be c

year's stunt night - particulai
in regards to boys' stunts - see
to necessitate the need for their 1

this circumstance should hr
arisen.
"Vhen the organizations

of the moral calibre that would

no need for continuing the pract
