Beta Gamma chapter of the International Fraternity of Hr
Delta Sigma Pi had a wiener roast at the Cayce Woman's
Club Saturday night, February 5th, in honor of the new mr
members of the fraternity.

1teLiving it up at the Carriage [louse Saturday night were
teSigma Nu's and their dates. Also D)AN DJONOVAN,
Sigma Nu alum, and MARY BETH ('ONRAD, KI) alum
attended. The game, Thumpa, was very p)oPular with this
crowd.
The SAE's held a stag beer bust Friday night at Hleise's 2
Pond. The actives and pledges attended-they said it was
very cold. Maybe they should have played Thumpa, too! E

On Friday night the PiKA's and their dates celebrated
Valentine's D)ay at the "Y" Camp. At this time they dedi
cated their new Dream Girl Song. After the party the mem- j t

Plans for "Greek Week" to be
qlimaxed by a dance with Tommy
Dorsey and 'his orchestra have
been completed and announced by
Tommy Rowland, president of
Interfraternity council.
The university's 13 fraternities
are cooperating in sponsoring the
week, which will be February
22-24.
Greek Week will begin with the
annual fraternity and sorority
stunt nights Monday and Tuesday
evenings at Drayton Hall. The
contests will begin at 7:00 and
will end at 10:30 p.m. Judges for
IFC stunt night are Professor
Adger Brown, Lt. (jg) Cole Row
land, and Major J. H. Barrett.
The formal dance will be held
at the Township Auditorium,
Thursday night, February 24th. A
concert from eight to nine o'clock
will precede the dance, which will
take place from nine to 12.
The Dorsey band features
Tommy Dorsey and his trombone
and Jimmy Dorsey and his saxa
phone. Also featured with the
orchestra will be Lynn Roberts
and Bill Raymond, vocalists, and
Buddy Rich, drummer.
This is the first time in the
history of the council that such a
week has been planned. The
council hopes to make this an
annual affair. Tickets will be sold
to fraternity men for $4.50.
New IFC officers will be intro
duced at the dance. The newly
elected officers are: Marshall
Cain, Phi Kappa Sigma, president;
Al Tison, Phi Sigma Kappa, vice
president; John Sloan, Sigma Nu,
secretary; Tom Cooper, Alpha
Tau Omega, treasurer; Bobby
