So. California over Indiana to
night. This first one should al
ways be easy we feel.
Mississippi to take Auburn but
it'll be rougher than expected.
Classy Ohio State to nip Cali
fornia in one of the day's best
games.
Maryland to have big fun in
whipping Clemson. The subs
ought to have another field day
for the Terps.
N. C. State ought to bounce back
fiom last week to stop George
Washington. Dln't give points
tho.
Georgia Tech over S. M. U. un
less another hurricane pops up.
Illinois shouldn't have much
trouble against Stanford. Bob
Mathias is sticking to track these
(ays.
Florida, after swimming to a tie
against Georgia Tech should walk
to a win over Kentucky.
L. S. U. over Boston College.
Both teams tied last week, but
B. C. will face a stronger brand
of Tigers than they did last week.
The bayou specie doesn't moo.
Michigan State over Minnesota.
Like Old Mdan River the 'Spartans
keep right on rolling along.
Michigan is too good for Tulane.
This one's not in the bag yet, how
ever.
Army is returning to normality
and should clip Northwestern
without too much trouble.
Notre Dame over Purdue-want
to retain that high average.
V. M. I. over Richmond in a
Southern Conference family bat
tle.
Duke has too much in too many
places for off-year Tennessee.
Alabama has to win sooner or
later. We think it will be sooner
with Vanderbilt the victim.
Villanova over Wake Forest and
this will tell us whether our lucky
penny is really lucky. -
Yale should widen its margin
over Brown in one of football's
oldest rivalries.
Navy has clear sailing this week
against Dartmouth.
Oklahoma over Pittsburgh.
Bloth teams lost last Saturday,
and we were tempted to pick an
upset here.
Now we shall sit back and, if
you'll pardon our triteness, see
what we shall see.
