Weekend before last, JOHN HERIN, Phi Kap, went to Georgetown for a visit with the Georgetown Block of Phi Kappa Sigma. Last week end DICK BOBO went home with JOHN FELTHAM to Edgefield. DAVE THOMPSON, PiKA, spent the May Day weekend at Coker. CECIL WARD had a big weekend at Winthrop at the May Day festivities and the Jr.-Sr. dance. CHARLOTTE THORNBURG and GERALD SCARBOROUGH, ELISE HAM and D RASBERRY were seen at Isle of Palms last Sunday. CHARLIE EMMONS and SHIRLEY PHILLIPS, DICK DUNCAN and PAT WARING, RAY TUREK and NANCY BARBREY went to Folly Beach for a Sunday escapade. TOBY WARD spent the weekend at Salis bury, N. C., visiting ANN BOYD of Furman. Sigma Nu's at P, C 's Masquerade Ball on Saturday were GUY NICHOLS FRANK _OWEN, BOB WRIGHT, GLEN GOWAN, BOBBY PITTS, BOBBY PRUITT, AL FISHER, and JOHN SMITH. DOUG STOKES attended the Newberry Jr.-Sr. A stag supper will be held Thursday night in honor of the graduating senior Sigma Nu's. Sigma Nu officers are Pres.-BARD ALLISON, V.-P. PAUL FIELD, Treas., BOB WRIGHT, Sec., JERRY BLACK MON, aind Piedgemaster, CHARLIE JONES. FRANK OWEN was voted outstanding senior, and RAT BRANTLEY was voted outstanding pledge. PiKA picnic is to be this week end. Pledges are putting on the show for the actives. A softball game is an annual affair (in seven years actives have not won). JOE RUTH recently received his commission in the Marine Corps after serving nine years and making top sergeant. DWANE MORRISON pledged Phi Sigma Kappa last Monday nite. PETE GOSNELL pledged Phi Sig, also. Phi Sig's held an informal dance at the Woman's Club Friday nite. A "bundle" of fun! Wednesday night Phi Kap held a Costume Ball at the Woman's Club with music coming from Johnny Helms and his band. MILDRED FLOWERS, ChiO, was at P. C. for the Mas quarade Ball. LEE HOOD, ADPi, has been pinned by ERNEST HART MAN, Sigma Chi. ANNE HOWERTON, Pi Phi, was given a bridal shower on Wednesday by CAROLYN SMITH.
