ANN HOWARD RAWLINSON's name -was accidentally

SUZANNE MOYE, Pi Phi, went to Chapel Hill for the
weekend.
Sigma Chi's housepartying at Poinsetta State Park last
weekend were BILLY GAUSE with GERTRUDE JENKINS,
Chi 0; "MONK" QUINN and JOAN SURRENCY, KD; and
ERNEST HARTMAN with LEE HOOD, ADPi.
HARRIET WHISENHUNT ZTA and REGINIA OWENS
ADPi went with JOYCE KIMBALL to an interfraternity
dance at Lafayette college last weekend.
- BARBARA MONARCH went to the University of Vir
ginia for a dance and parties last week.
Attending the Spring Frolics at the U. of Fla. was BETTY
LINDAU. Say you had a fine time?
There were two house parties last weekend by the SAEs.
Both were at Myrtle Beach. At one were BILLY THOMPSON
with ANN GOODWIN, KD; EDMUND MONTEITH and
HAZEL ANN ANDERSON of Furman; GEORGE JAMES
and REN FREW, KD; MACK FAIRLY and B. J. BLACK
WELL, KD; JOHN BARKSDALE with NANCY MITCHELL,
Tri Delt, and BUDDY DERRICK and JUNE NIGGEL, KD.
Sigma Chi pledged DICK ROBIN of Orangeburg recently.
Sigma Nu's and dates enjoyed an all day party Saturday
afternoon and night at Lake Murray at PETE LAPP's home.
(He is a Sigma Nu alum.) They swam, danced, and ate (hot
dogs, what else!).
Congratulations to the following men pledged by SAE.

BOBBY BROADWELL.
Sigma Nu's from Carolina are planning to go to Presby
terian college this weekend for that chapter's annual Mas
querade (?) Ball. After the dance they will have a hay ride
until 6 a. m. You're right, that is late.
JOE PEARCE, SAE, and REM PARLER spent the week
end at Mt. Pleasant and surrounding beaches with ED
ROYALL. SAE.
Enjoying the sun and water at Sun View lake Thursday,
in addition to Phi Kaps and ZTAs, were Kappa Sigs JOE
NOWAK, GENE McELVEEN, BENNIE SKINNER, and
dates.

Going north for the Jr.-Sr. at Winthrop were HOOTIE

The pledges of ATO are all hoping that their pledge proj
ect will be finished Sunday. The project is painting a house.

NOT and Cadet Capt. RICHARD WALSH; ELLEN CON
NER with Cadet THOMAS DAWSON and KATIE CON.

JEANNE ROBINSON, KD, and FLOYD ABRAMS (Cita
del) spent the weekend at Myrtle Beach with a house party at
FRANK QUINN's (UNC) house.
Lambda Chi's and their dates enjoyed an all day party al
Pinewood lake Saturday. DEMOS JONES pinned PHYLL18
BROWN of Greenwood at that time.
The ATOs partied at the Y Camp April 26. Everyone en
joyed the root beer, it says here.

PATSY EPPS, LAURIE WANNAMAKER, EMMA TOLSON
spent last weekend at Patsy's home, at Myrtle Beach. Visiting
them were ROBIN ROGERS and BILLY FAIREY, KA, and
WARREN CLARK, Sigma Chi.
Partying at Sesqui last Friday were ZTAs JANE AL4MY
MOPPY, GRACE and BETTY LEWIS, JEAN GEIGER, and
ANN RAWLINSON. They took along dates.
SKIP GRIDDLE and BILL RASP visited WILL MIDDLE
TON, all ATO, in the Holy City for a fishing trip.

Production
This Season
"The Voice of the Turtle," Town
Theater's last production of the
season, opened Wednesday evening
for a week's run. Roy Lind, gradu
ate of the university law school,
nowv Columbia attorney, wvill play
one of the three lead roles.
The story of a soldier's romance
in New York, "The Voice of the
Turtle" played on Broadway for
over five years and was produced
as a mlovie. Margaret Sullivan took
the p)rincipal role on the stage and
in the movie version. The. play was
written by John Van Dr'ten.

Zimmerman ar e cast in the other
parts. Mrs. Reinhardt is a newv
comner to the Town Theater stage,
but has hadl wide experience on
the stage, television and radio.
Miss Zimmerman is also making
her first appearance on the Town

developed an old-time vaudeville
act which they will take on a tour
of Florida during the coming
