REUNION Before 1900 Edwin G. Seibels, '85A, chairman of the board of trustees of the Uni versity,and Mrs. Scibels, of Colum bia, announced recently that they are giving their art treasures to the Columbia Art Association. Mr. Sei bels stipulated that a building must be provided and a caretaker en gaged, and has suggested that pieces given imtediately be placed in the w est wing of the Caroliniana library on the University campus. 1900- 1919 J.
