plane accident recently. le had
served overseas for a year and a
half before coming back to the
United States to take Navy pilot
training. He received his wings
at Pensacola, Fla., in October, and
was getting additional training at
Chicago, Ill., when the accident oc
curred.
Clannie Lester Toney, '20A, has
been promoted to division passenger
agent of the Southern Railway Sys
tem. Mr. Toney, who entered the
service of the Southern Railway

Lakeside cemetery, Conway.
