Committee elected seven new stu
dent members, four additional fac
ulty advisers, and installed new of
ticers for the present semester Sat
urday, December 11, in Flinn Hall.
The students, two girls and five
bo.ys, are IIelen Pride Craig.' Isa
belle McCants: Dick Dusenberry,
Gaillard Mikel, Bob Weathers, Joe
Benton, and Jimmy Brockman.
New faculty members include Lt.
McCurry, Mr. L. C. Brancomb,
Prof. W. 11. Callcott, and Prof. W.
M. Bauer and bring the total from
eight to 12. The committee adopted
the new plan whereby four new
faculty menbers are to be asked
to serve on the cottrtnittee each
"emester as four former members
resign. The new professors will be
picked as their names appear al
phabetically. In this way, it is hoped
that the students may have the op.
portunity of knowing the faculty
better as well as of working with
then for the advancement of the
tniversity as a whole.
