cussion, the Society passed a motion
by Sol Blatt, Jr., going on record

ent status of the board of publica
tions and also to favor any action
it has taken recently in relation to

tion on the campus.
Also passed was a resolution fa- 0
voring the continuation of the student
council in its present status without
change in the student body constitu
tion.
The Future Teachers of America,
an organization of students in the
school of education, elected officers at
its meeting last Wednesday.
They are: Mary Haile, president;
Mildred Salmon, vice-president;
Catherine Martin, secretary-treas
urer; and Richard Jackson, publicity
