Euphros To Have Defense Program The Euphrosynean Literary Society met Wednesday, December 10 in the Euphradian lall. In the absence of President Kathryn Edgerton, Mfary Frances Polk, vice-president, presided. Plans for contributing to the fund to have President MicKissick's initials put in front of the new library in brick were diiscussed. Lolly McCants was named chairman of this, and con tributions will be made in the near future. A motion was made and passed that the society have one page in the annual. Pictures of only the first and second semester officers are to be pilacedl on it. M!ary Crow, prograi committee chairman, p)resented the program. Each new member gave a short ar ticle of interest in today's news. Dif ferent ways in which each and every onie can help in the dlefense program were decided upon for the future pro .grams.
