Food Controls Hitler's Hold "Hitler can hold Germany together only as long as he feeds the people and main tains a satisfactory economic condition," declares Dr. Frances W. Bradley, dean of the University and German interpreter for the American Peace Conference after the World War. As soon as the Olympic Games were over in Germany last summer, the gov ernment began regulating the slaughter of cattle and possibly the consumption of butter and eggs, Deati Bradley said. Peasants are not allowed to kill their owI stock until the animals are of a certain age. The reason for this conservation of meats, particularly, is duie to a severe shortage of food for cattle in that country. The price of meat is held at a reason able ligure by the government, which is only possible in a dictatorship, Doctor Ilradley pointed out. --IlM OL.D CLEMHO' ON THE ItAIL Druggists Commissioned A billt ,Fvas enacted during the last session of Congress providing com inissiong for pharmacists in the Medi cal Administrative Corps of the Medi cal Department 'of the U.
