RULES OF SYSTEM
GIVEN BY COUNCIL
The combined student and faculty
Honor Council announces that the
new honor plan will become operative
Monday, March 23 and that the coun
cil had no jurisdiction on any care
arising prior to that time- according
to the council chairman.
An infraction of honor should be
reported at once to the council. Any
person witnessing such an infraction,
whether a signer of the pledge or not,
is urged to report to the committee.
It is advisable to call the attention
of another student to any misconduct
so that there will be two witnesses
for mutual protection.
The reports must be written and
signed; no anonymous reports will be
accepted. Such a report may be given
to any one of the six students elected
by the signers of the pledge to serve
as an honor council, or it may be given
to Mrs. Moon at the canteen post
office after which it will be given to
the proper authorities.
Professors wishing to report any
violation of the code of honor should
report to a faculty member of the
honor council. Students should not
hand reports to professors but to a
student member of the council.
