Student Rises Early To View Glorious Dawn By Mark Dowtin Strolling up to an 8:00 class at G:45 in the morning is quite unusual for University students. In the still darkness Beaufort aroused his room mate, dressed hurriedly and ran down stairs on his way to class. Suddenly he retrieved his steps. "Mark, where is your astronomy book? I believe this is an eclipse of the sun," yelled Beaufort. "Sure, you are right," said Mark, the astronomy student in a cognizant air, while dressing rapidly. With this, Beaufort left for his English class. On entering Davis College the janitor told him that he was rather early. After waiting for Professor Bass a few minutes, the ambitious student decided ho give him a "cut." On returning to his room, Beaufort found that some cunning lad had run his clock up exactly one hour and a half. So he impatiently sat down for the hour to pass. JJ. . o.
