College Comnt The Folsom Prison .Chess team, cap tained by G. K. Billings, bomb-thrower, has made two moves during the five weeks of competition with the Univer sity Chess team, in a correspondence match between the two institutions. Four moves atogether have been made, via the postal system, and at pre sent the Californians have an edge on the prisoners. Although the situation has its dan gerous elements, the risk run by the California chess players is slight, as it will be several years before the Folsom Prison Varsity wil be at liberty to ex act revenge.-The Daily Californian, University of California.
