The original bill, as presented to th
senate by Beamguard calls for a

Phi Beta Kappa, the honor fraternity

lemonade and peanuts and all the other
things that go to make a big time.
There will be a prize for the tackiest
girl and boy and the tackiest faculty _
member. Save that date as you are
sure to have a big time.
