Maurice Matteson, director of music at Carolina became treasurer. A meeting will be held in Atlanta sometime in April to perfect plans for a southern contest to be held in At lanta next year. The officers of the club constitute the board of directors, and these with one other representa tive from each college form the gov erning body.
